  11. Transfer water to large cast iron skillet carefully
  12. Transfer fruit to large cast iron skillet
  13. Mix
  14. Cook for 5min until lightly browned
  15. Transfer butter to large cast iron skillet
  16. Add puff pastry
  17. Bake for 25min until golden brown
  18. Let cool for 5min
  19. Invert carefully
  20. Serve immediately
