cinnamon stick,
cloves,
dark chocolate,
ginger,
heavy cream,
milk,
nutmeg,
orange,
Directions:
1. Get a clean medium glass bowl
2. Add dark chocolate
3. Get a clean saucepan
4. Add heavy cream
5. Add milk
6. Add cinnamon stick
7. Add cardamom pods
8. Add cloves
9. Add black peppercorns
10. Add peeled ginger
11. Add nutmeg
12. Add zest of orange
13. Heat until just boiling
14. Leave for 30min
15. Strain with sieve
16. Heat gently until just boiling
17. Pour cream into chocolate mixture
18. Stir until smooth
19. Serve
