Method
1. Add unsalted butter to a clean small glass bowl
2. Melt in microwave until completely melted - low heat
3. Brush the inside of 5 ramekins with the butter
4. Chill in fridge until set
5. Dust with cocoa powder
6. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
7. Heat in double boiler until completely melted
8. Leave until cool - 5 min
9. Add egg, egg yolk, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
10. Whisk until well combined
11. Add all purpose flour to the mixture
12. Mix until combined
13. Fold chocolate mixture into mixture gently
14. Pour mixture into 5 ramekins
15. Chill - 1 hr
16. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
17. Prepare a clean large roasting dish with water
18. Transfer ramekins to large roasting dish carefully
19. Bake in water bath - 12 min, 200°C
20. Remove content of 5 ramekins from ice bath
21. Bake ramekins - 5 min, 200°C
22. Invert carefully
23. Serve
