    METHOD


  • 1. Add unsalted butter to a clean small glass bowl
  • 2. Melt in microwave until completely melted - low heat
  • 3. Brush content of 5 ramekins with small glass bowl
  • 4. Chill ramekins in fridge until set
  • 5. Brush content of 5 ramekins with small glass bowl
  • 6. Dust with cocoa powder
  • 7. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 8. Heat in double boiler until completely melted
  • 9. Leave until cool - 5 min
  • 10. Add egg, egg yolk, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 11. Whisk until well combined
  • 12. Add all purpose flour to the mixture
  • 13. Mix until combined
  • 14. Fold chocolate mixture into mixture gently
  • 15. Pour mixture into 5 ramekins
  • 16. Chill - 1 hr
  • 17. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 18. Prepare a clean large roasting dish with water
  • 19. Transfer ramekins to large roasting dish carefully
  • 20. Bake in water bath - 12 min
  • 21. Remove content of 5 ramekins from ice bath
  • 22. Bake ramekins - 5 min, 200°C
  • 23. Invert carefully
  • 24. Serve
