Step preview

  1. Get a clean small glass bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter
  3. Melt in microwave until completely melted - low heat
  4. Brush 5 ramekins with butter
  5. Chill ramekins in fridge until set
  6. Brush 5 ramekins with butter
  7. Dust with cocoa powder
  8. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  9. Add chopped dark chocolate
  10. Add unsalted butter
  11. Heat in double boiler until completely melted
  12. Leave until cool - 5 min
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add egg
  15. Add egg yolk
  16. Add granulated sugar
  17. Add salt
  18. Whisk until well combined
  19. Add all purpose flour
  20. Mix until combined
  21. Fold chocolate mixture into mixture gently
  22. Pour mixture into 5 ramekins
  23. Chill - 1 hr
  24. Pre-heat - 200°C
  25. Prepare a clean large roasting dish with water
  26. Transfer 5 ramekin to large roasting dish carefully
  27. Bake in water bath - 12 min, 200°C
  28. Remove 5 ramekins from ice bath
  29. Bake ramekins - 5 min, 200°C
  30. Invert carefully
  31. Serve
