  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean small bowl
  3. Add almonds
  4. Add hazelnuts
  5. Transfer nuts to baking sheet
  6. Bake for 5min until toasted
  7. Let cool for 10min
  8. Wrap with kitchen towel
  9. Transfer nuts to food processor bowl
  10. Grind nuts until fine
  11. Get a clean saucepan
  12. Add milk
  13. Add powdered milk
  14. Add honey
  15. Add sea salt
  16. Heat until just boiling
  17. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  18. Add coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate
  19. Add coarsely chopped milk chocolate
  20. Melt in microwave on low heat
  21. Transfer chocolate mixture to food processor bowl
  22. Blend until smooth
  23. Transfer content of saucepan to food processor bowl
  24. Blend until smooth
  25. Chill in fridge until set
