Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
3. Add bittersweet chocolate and salted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
4. Heat in double boiler until completely melted
5. Add granulated sugar, egg and vanilla extract to the batter
6. Stir until combined
7. Add all purpose flour to the batter
8. Whisk briefly until just combined
9. Transfer batter to square pan
10. Bake - 23 min, 175°C
11. Let cool
