    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  • 3. Add bittersweet chocolate and salted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 4. Heat in double boiler until completely melted
  • 5. Add granulated sugar, egg and vanilla extract to the batter
  • 6. Stir until combined
  • 7. Add all purpose flour to the batter
  • 8. Whisk briefly until just combined
  • 9. Transfer batter to square pan
  • 10. Bake - 23 min, 175°C
  • 11. Let cool
