  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add chicken wings
  4. Add olive oil
  5. Add salt
  6. Add ground black pepper
  7. Toss together until combined
  8. Transfer chicken to baking sheet
  9. Bake for 45min until crispy
  10. Get a clean small bowl
  11. Add sriracha sauce
  12. Add rice vinegar
  13. Add pineapple juice
  14. Add soy sauce
  15. Add honey then set aside
  16. Get a clean saucepan
  17. Add salted butter
  18. Add minced fresh garlic
  19. Add minced ginger
  20. Sauté for 2min on medium heat
  21. Transfer mixture to sauce
  22. Simmer for 20min until thick
  23. Drain chicken with paper towels
  24. Cover chicken with sauce
  25. Bake chicken for 5min
  26. Brush chicken with sauce
  27. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
  28. Garnish with sliced green onion
