  12. Prep and set aside ramen noodles: cooked & rinsed
  13. Pre-heat a frying pan
  14. Get a clean small bowl
  15. Add wholegrain mustard
  16. Add brown sugar
  17. Add olive oil
  18. Add salt
  19. Add black pepper
  20. Mix until combined
  21. Add chicken breast
  22. Toss until coated
  23. Transfer chicken to frying pan
  24. Cook each side for approx 4min on medium heat
  25. Let rest and continue

  47. Divide salad between 3 medium bowls
  48. Add chicken
  49. Add dressing
  50. Serve
