  11. Scoop three quarters of potatoes onto large mixing bowl
  12. Squeeze content of small bowl into large mixing bowl
  13. Add ground cumin
  14. Add chipotle chili powder
  15. Add diced jalapeño pepper
  16. Add sea salt
  17. Mix
  18. Add drained, rinsed canned black beans
  19. Mix
  20. Transfer filling to potatoes
  21. Get a clean small bowl
  22. Add grated cheese
  23. Transfer cheese mixture to potatoes
  24. Bake for 12min until golden brown
  25. Top with sour cream
  26. Sprinkle with sliced green onion
  27. Garnish with cilantro
  28. Serve immediately
