Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside glace cherries: finely chopped
  2. Pre-heat
  3. Grease 2 mini doughnut pans
  4. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Add all purpose flour
  6. Add caster sugar
  7. Add baking powder
  8. Add baking soda
  9. Add salt
  10. Stir until combined
  11. Add egg
  12. Add greek yogurt
  13. Add vegetable oil
  14. Add milk
  15. Add vanilla extract
  16. Add almond extract
  17. Stir gently until just combined
  18. Transfer batter to large resealable plastic bag
  19. Pipe batter onto 2 mini doughnut pans
  20. Sprinkle with finely chopped glace cherries
  21. Bake for 12min until light golden
  22. Let cool
  23. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  24. Add powdered sugar
  25. Add milk
  26. Stir
  27. Add milk slowly while whisking
  28. Dip 2 dough balls into glaze
  29. Decorate with prepared glace cherries
  30. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
