Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C / 355°F
2. Grease 2 clean mini doughnut pans
3. Add all purpose flour, caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl and stir until combined
4. Add egg, greek yogurt, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract and almond extract
5. Stir all ingredients with a wooden spoon until just combined
6. Transfer batter to large resealable plastic bag
7. Snip the corner of the bag and pipe the mixture into the doughnut rings
8. Sprinkle with glace cherries
9. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 180°C
10. Let cool
11. In a clean large mixing bowl mix together powdered sugar and milk
12. Add more milk slowly while whisking
13. Dip doughnuts into the glaze, decorate with glace cherries and sprinkle with flaked almonds
