  5. Whisk until stiff peaks form

  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Cream together until smooth
  10. Add egg yolk
  11. Add zest of orange
  12. Add ricotta cheese
  13. Add poppy seeds
  14. Add hazelnut flour
  15. Mix until combined
  16. Transfer egg whites to batter
  17. Fold together until just combined
  18. Transfer batter to round pan
  19. Bake for 25min until skewer tests clean
  20. Spread with hazelnut chocolate spread
  21. Sprinkle with toasted, coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  22. Sprinkle with zest of orange
