Method
1. Add bread flour, active dried yeast and water to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix well and cover
3. Let rest - approx 8 hr
4. Add water, active dried yeast, plain yogurt, bread flour and salt to the dough
5. Knead until elastic - 10 min, dough hook
6. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
7. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
8. Cover with plastic wrap
9. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr 30 min
10. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
11. Turn out large mixing bowl on lightly-floured surface
12. Shape into a ball
13. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
14. Cover with plastic wrap until doubled - 1 hr
15. Pre-heat oven - 210°C
16. Cut
17. Bake - 20 min, 210°C
18. Bake until hollow-sounding when tapped - 10 min, 190°C
19. Let cool
