Perfect for a energizing snack on the go, or as a healthy alternative to sugary treats. These no-bake bars are quick to make and full of wholesome ingredients. (Vegan, Dairy-Free)
Ingredients
Quick-cooking oats410 g
Pumpkin seeds65 g
Dried apricots65 gchopped
Cacao nibs35 g
Ground cinnamon¼ teaspoon
Almond butter250 g
Agave syrup180 g
Sea salt¼ teaspoon
Cacao nibsas needed
Method
1. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
2. Add quick-cooking oats, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots, cacao nibs and ground cinnamon to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Mix together
4. Add almond butter, agave syrup and sea salt to a clean medium bowl
5. Mix together until combined
6. Press mixture into baking pan firmly
7. Sprinkle with cacao nibs
8. Refrigerate in fridge until firm - 1 hr
9. Cut
