Method
1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
2. Add black peppercorns, coriander seeds and cloves to a skillet
3. Toast until fragrant
4. Grind aspices with mortar and pestle until fine
5. Add orange zest then set aside
6. Add condensed milk, milk, granulated sugar and salted butter to a clean large saucepan
7. Simmer until soft ball stage (118ºC/235ºF) while mixing
8. Add spices to chocolate mixture
9. Beat until smooth - 5 min
10. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
11. Let cool until set
12. Cut into squares
