Coconut oilas needed
Pecan halves50 gcoarsely chopped
Almonds140 gcoarsely chopped
Unsweetened shredded coconut40 g
Golden raisins110 g
Dried cranberries75 g
Sunflower seeds90 g
Pumpkin seeds45 g
Sesame seeds3 tablespoons
Chia seeds3 tablespoons
Orange zest1 tablespoon
Coconut oil40 g
Honey170 g
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
3. Grease with coconut oil
4. Add pecan halves, almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, golden raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and orange zest to a clean large mixing bowl
5. Mix until combined
6. Add coconut oil and honey to a clean small bowl
7. Melt in microwave - low heat
8. Coat the nuts and seeds with oil and honey and mix well until combined
9. Press mixture into baking pan evenly
10. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 175°C
11. Let cool
12. Cut into squares
