  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add powdered sugar
  6. Whisk until combined
  7. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  8. Mix until mixture comes together
  9. Press crumbs into baking pan
  10. Bake for 20min until light golden
  11. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  12. Add superfine sugar
  13. Add juice of, zest of lemon
  14. Add all purpose flour
  15. Add egg
  16. Beat until smooth
  17. Pour filling into baking pan
  18. Reduce
  19. Bake for 25min until just set
  20. Let cool
  21. Cut
  22. Sift powdered sugar
