Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside chicken breast: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside onion: diced
  3. Prep and set aside garlic clove: minced
  4. Prep and set aside ginger: grated
  5. Get a clean large cast iron skillet
  6. Add butter
  7. Melt on medium heat
  8. Add prepared chicken breast
  9. Cook until browned
  10. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate
  11. Retrieve large cast iron skillet
  12. Add butter
  13. Melt on medium heat
  14. Add prepared onion
  15. Cook for approx 3min until softened
  16. Add prepared garlic clove
  17. Add garam masala
  18. Add prepared ginger
  19. Add chili powder
  20. Add ground cumin
  21. Stir for approx 45s until combined
  22. Add tomato sauce
  23. Simmer for 5min
  24. Add heavy cream
  25. Transfer chicken to large cast iron skillet
  26. Simmer for 15min on low heat
  27. Add butter
  28. Add salt & pepper
  29. Stir
  30. Serve
  31. Garnish with lime
  32. Garnish with cilantro
