Ingredients
Walnuts115 gcoarsely chopped
Soy sauce55 g
Gochujang55 g
Brussels sprouts455 ghalved
Method
1. Add soy sauce and gochujang to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Whisk together
3. Add brussels sprouts to the vegetables
4. Toss until coated
5. Transfer vegetables to baking sheet
6. Add walnuts to a clean baking sheet
7. Broil until crispy - 10 min, high heat
8. Combine
