    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. In a food processor, combine the ginger, lemongrass, garlic, lime juice, green onion, cilantro, kale, and toasted sesame oil
  • 3. Pulse until there are no large pieces, but not so it’s completely smooth
  • 4. Combine the chopped mixture with the ground chicken, egg, salt, and pepper
  • 5. Scoop into balls
  • 6. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
  • 7. Bake - 20 min, 170°C
  • 8. Serve
