Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside kale: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside fresh beet: shredded
  3. Prep and set aside strawberry: quartered
  4. Prep and set aside pecan pieces: toasted
  5. Get a clean food processor bowl
  6. Add dried oregano
  7. Add garlic clove
  8. Add cilantro
  9. Add fresh parsley
  10. Add red wine vinegar
  11. Add mint
  12. Add red pepper flakes
  13. Add olive oil
  14. Pulse until just combined
  15. Add salt & pepper then set aside
  16. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  17. Add prepared kale
  18. Add olive oil
  19. Rub for approx 3min until softened
  20. Add prepared fresh beet
  21. Add prepared strawberry
  22. Add prepared pecan pieces
  23. Mix in then set aside
  24. Pre-heat
  25. Get a large cast iron skillet
  26. Heat on high heat
  27. Add steak
  28. Sear each side for 2min
  29. Cook for 5min
  30. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to cutting board
  31. Cover with foil for approx 10min
  32. Slice into pieces
  33. Transfer content of cutting board to large mixing bowl
  34. Spoon content of food processor bowl into large mixing bowl
