    METHOD


  • 1. Add fennel seeds, salt and black peppercorns to a clean frying pan
  • 2. Heat until fragrant - medium heat
  • 3. Crush with mortar and pestle
  • 4. Get a clean small bowl
  • 5. Transfer spices to small bowl
  • 6. Add cane sugar and lemon to the spices
  • 7. Mix briefly
  • 8. Heat vegetable oil to a clean saucepan
  • 9. Add popcorn kernels to a clean small bowl
  • 10. Transfer popcorn to saucepan
  • 11. Pop
  • 12. Transfer popcorn to large mixing bowl
  • 13. Mix spices into popcorn
