  1. Prep and set aside fresh thyme: destalked
  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: minced
  3. Get a clean cutting board
  4. Add chicken breast
  5. Rub in paprika
  6. Rub in salt & pepper
  7. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  8. Add butter
  9. Melt on high heat
  10. Transfer content of cutting board to medium cast iron skillet
  11. Cook for 3min until light golden
  12. Flip then reduce heat
  13. Cook for 3min on medium heat until crispy
  14. Add butter
  15. Add prepared fresh thyme
  16. Add prepared garlic clove
  17. Cook for 2min while stirring occasionally
  18. Add white wine
  19. Simmer gently for 20min
  20. Add spinach
  21. Cook until softened
  22. Serve
