Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 221°C
2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix until combined
5. Add unsalted butter to the dough
6. Cut in with pastry blender until coarse crumbs form
7. Add buttermilk to the dough
8. Mix briefly until dough forms
9. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
10. Dust with all purpose flour
11. Flatten until 1" thick
12. Cut out
13. Transfer dough to baking sheet
14. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 221°C
