  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add baking soda
  7. Add salt
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Add cold unsalted butter
  10. Cut in with pastry blender until coarse crumbs form
  11. Add buttermilk
  12. Mix briefly until dough forms
  13. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  14. Dust with all purpose flour
  15. Flatten until 1" thick
  16. Cut out
  17. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  18. Bake for 12min until light golden
