Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Line a muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add golden caster sugar
  5. Add egg
  6. Whisk until combined
  7. Add vegetable oil
  8. Add vanilla extract
  9. Stir briefly
  10. Add plain yogurt
  11. Stir until combined
  12. Add all purpose flour
  13. Add baking soda
  14. Mix gently until combined
  15. Add milk chocolate chips
  16. Add broken up banana
  17. Fold gently
  18. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  19. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips
  20. Bake for 5min
  21. Reduce
  22. Bake for 15min until light golden
  23. Let cool for approx 10min
  24. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
