Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
3. Add golden caster sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Whisk until combined
5. Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the batter
6. Stir briefly
7. Add plain yogurt to the batter
8. Stir until combined
9. Add all purpose flour and baking soda to the batter
10. Mix gently until combined
11. Add milk chocolate chips and banana to the batter
12. Fold gently
13. Transfer batter to muffin pan
14. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips
15. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
16. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 180°C
17. Let cool - approx 10 min
18. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
