Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside hard goat cheese: chopped
  2. Pre-heat
  3. Get a clean saucepan
  4. Add butter
  5. Heat on medium heat until melted
  6. Add spinach
  7. Cook for 2min until softened and turn off heat
  8. Let cool
  9. Chop then set aside
  10. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Add mashed, cold potato
  12. Add prepared hard goat cheese
  13. Mix well until combined
  14. Mix content of saucepan into mixture then set aside
  15. Get a clean medium bowl
  16. Add panko breadcrumbs
  17. Add paprika
  18. Add vegetable oil
  19. Mix then set aside
  20. Get a clean small bowl
  21. Add all purpose flour
  22. Add salt & pepper
  23. Mix then set aside
  24. Get a clean small bowl
  25. Add beaten egg then set aside
  26. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  27. Assemble mixture
  28. Bake for 15min
  29. Garnish with fresh parsley
  30. Get a clean ramekin
  31. Add sweet chili sauce
  32. Add crème fraîche
  33. Swirl
  34. Serve
