  2. Grease 2 mini doughnut pans
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add baking soda
  7. Add ground cinnamon
  8. Add ground ginger
  9. Add ground allspice
  10. Add ground cloves
  11. Add salt
  12. Add brown sugar
  13. Whisk briefly until combined
  14. Add egg
  15. Add milk
  16. Add applesauce
  17. Get a clean small bowl
  18. Add unsalted butter
  19. Melt in microwave on low heat
  20. Transfer butter to batter
  21. Mix until well combined
  22. Transfer batter to 2 mini doughnut pans
  23. Bake for 7min until springy to touch
  24. Add unsalted butter to a saucepan
  25. Add brown sugar
  26. Add maple syrup
  27. Add milk
  28. Add powdered sugar and mix
  29. Heat until just boiling
  30. Dip content of 2 mini doughnut pans into glaze
  31. Transfer mini doughnut pan onto cooling rack
  32. Let cool until set
