Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Whisk briefly until blended
5. Add olive oil and water to the dough
6. Mix until smooth - 5 min, dough hook
7. Roll out
8. Transfer dough to baking sheet
9. Roll again as thin as you can
10. Cut
11. Prick
12. Brush with water lightly
13. Sprinkle with sea salt
14. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 200°C / 390°F
15. Let cool completely
