  1. Prep and set aside zucchini: grated
  2. Prep and set aside button mushroom: finely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: grated
  4. Prep and set aside onion: finely chopped
  5. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  6. Prep and set aside onion: finely chopped
  7. Prep and set aside garlic clove: peeled & minced
  8. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: seeded & finely chopped
  9. Prep and set aside mozzarella cheese: broken up
  10. Prep and set aside cheddar cheese: grated
  11. Pre-heat
  12. Line a baking sheet with foil then set aside
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add olive oil
  15. Add ground pork
  16. Add ground beef
  17. Add prepared zucchini
  18. Add prepared button mushroom
  19. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  20. Add prepared onion
  21. Add prepared fresh parsley
  22. Add worcestershire sauce
  23. Add ground cumin
  24. Add egg
  25. Add egg yolk
  26. Add salt
  27. Add black pepper
  28. Mix gently until combined
  29. Form into balls
  30. Transfer meat to baking sheet
  31. Bake for 20min and continue
  32. Get a clean Dutch oven
  33. Add olive oil
  34. Heat on low heat
  35. Add prepared onion
  36. Cook for approx 5min until softened
  37. Add prepared garlic clove
  38. Add prepared red bell pepper
  39. Cook for approx 5min
  40. Add chopped canned tomatoes
  41. Add tomato purée
  42. Add dried oregano
  43. Add sugar
  44. Add salt
  45. Add black pepper
  46. Simmer for approx 10min
  47. Transfer meat to sauce
  48. Cover with prepared mozzarella cheese
  49. Sprinkle with prepared cheddar cheese
  50. Bake for 15min until melted
  51. Serve
