Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside biscuits: crumbled
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk
  4. Add vanilla extract
  5. Add double cream
  6. Whisk until thick
  7. Prepare a loaf pan
  8. Spoon two thirds of content of large mixing bowl into loaf pan
  9. Add lemon curd
  10. Swirl slightly
  11. Transfer the rest of content of large mixing bowl to loaf pan
  12. Top with lemon curd
  13. Swirl
  14. Sprinkle with prepared biscuits
  15. Freeze for approx 3h
