    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Prepare a clean baking pan
  • 3. Add vanilla extract, lemon, olive oil, plain yogurt, granulated sugar and egg to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix until combined
  • 5. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, all purpose flour and apple to the batter
  • 6. Mix until combined
  • 7. Transfer batter to baking pan
  • 8. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 175°C
  • 9. Let cool - approx 15 min
