  • Sweetened condensed milk icon

    395 g (about 1 ¼ cups)

    320 g (about 2 cups)coarsely chopped

    METHOD


  • 1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add sweetened condensed milk, salted butter and dark chocolate to a clean saucepan
  • 3. Melt - low heat
  • 4. Set aside
  • 5. Add powdered sugar to a clean small bowl
  • 6. Sift sugar mixture into chocolate mixture
  • 7. Stir until completely mixed
  • 8. Transfer content of baking sheet to baking sheet
  • 9. Sprinkle with lime and sea salt
  • 10. Leave until completely cool
  • 11. Cut into squares
