    METHOD


  • 1. Add salted butter, dark chocolate and sweetened condensed milk to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Melt on low heat then set aside
  • 3. Sift powdered sugar into a clean small bowl
  • 4. Mix powdered sugar into chocolate mixture
  • 5. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 6. Transfer chocolate mixture to baking sheet
  • 7. Sprinkle with lime and sea salt
  • 8. Let cool completely
  • 9. Cut into squares
