Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add dried yeast
  4. Add sea salt
  5. Add warm water
  6. Mix together until dough forms
  7. Add sunflower oil
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  10. Knead for 10min until smooth
  11. Shape into a ball
  12. Transfer dough to medium bowl and cover
  13. Let rise for 1h until doubled
  14. Punch down dough
  15. Sprinkle with fine polenta
  16. Roll out until thick
  17. Dust with all purpose flour
  18. Cut
  19. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  20. Dust with fine polenta
  21. Cover with plastic wrap
  22. Let rise for 30min until doubled
  23. Cook for approx 5min until golden brown
  24. Yum!
