    Method

  • 1. Add quick-cooking oats, dried cranberries, raisins, dried cherries, flaked almonds, salt, coconut oil, honey, light brown sugar and almond extract to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix until combined
  • 3. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 4. Spoon the mixture into the baking sheet and flatten evenly
  • 5. Refrigerate in fridge until firm - 1 hr
  • 6. Cut
