Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add chard
  4. Get a clean large saucepan
  5. Fill with boiling water
  6. Transfer vegetables to large saucepan
  7. Boil for 1min 30s
  8. Drain
  9. Rinse with water
  10. Chop then set aside
  11. Get a clean frying pan
  12. Add olive oil
  13. Heat on medium heat
  14. Add chopped fresh rosemary
  15. Add fresh thyme
  16. Add minced, firm garlic clove
  17. Mix in vegetables to herbs and turn off heat
  18. Cook for approx 1min until softened
  19. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  20. Add egg
  21. Add milk
  22. Add freshly ground black pepper
  23. Add salt
  24. Mix well
  25. Add grated gruyère cheese
  26. Add corn kernels
  27. Transfer vegetables to eggs
  28. Stir until combined
  29. Prepare a baking dish
  30. Transfer eggs to baking dish
  31. Top with finely grated parmesan cheese
  32. Bake for 35min until golden brown
  33. Let rest for approx 10min
  34. Serve
