Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
2. Fill a clean large saucepan with water and bring to boil
3. Add chard and boil - 1 min 30 sec
4. Drain, rinse with water, chop then set aside
5. Heat olive oil in a clean frying pan over medium heat
6. Mix in chard, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and garlic clove
7. Cook until softened - approx 1 min
8. In a clean large mixing bowl mix together egg, milk, black pepper and salt
9. Add gruyère cheese and corn kernels
10. Mix in greens and stir until combined
11. Prepare a clean baking dish
12. Transfer chard and corn mix to the baking dish
13. Top with parmesan cheese
14. Bake until golden brown - 35 min, 190°C / 375°F
15. Leave to cool in the the case for 10 minutes before serving
16. Serve
