  13. Add firm, drained, cubed tofu
  14. Transfer marinade to tofu
  15. Bake for 15min
  16. Stir gently
  17. Bake for 15min until browned
  18. Transfer tofu to plate and reserve liquid
  19. Retrieve marinade
  20. Add juice of, zest of lime
  21. Add orange juice
  22. Add rice vinegar
  23. Add sea salt
  24. Mix well
  25. Get a clean large saucepan
  26. Cook soba noodles then set aside
  27. Get a clean large saucepan
  28. Add broccoli
  29. Add boiling water
  30. Simmer for 30s and strain
  31. Rinse until cool
  32. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  33. Add slivered carrot
  34. Add sliced white cabbage
  35. Add sliced kale
  36. Add destalked cilantro
  37. Add fresh basil
  38. Add toasted sesame seeds
  39. Transfer pasta to salad
  40. Transfer vegetables to salad
  41. Pour marinade into salad and mix
  42. Add content of plate to salad
