Step preview

  1. Get a clean small bowl
  2. Add pecan halves
  3. Heat for 4min on low heat until toasted
  4. Chop then set aside
  5. Get a clean medium bowl
  6. Add cookie crumbs
  7. Add dark brown sugar
  8. Add sea salt
  9. Transfer nuts to mixture
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Add maple syrup
  12. Add vanilla extract
  13. Add bourbon
  14. Stir thoroughly until well combined
  15. Shape into a ball
  16. Place mixture on baking sheet
  17. Chill in freezer for 2h
  18. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  19. Add dark chocolate
  20. Melt in microwave
  21. Dip balls into chocolate mixture
  22. Transfer to cooling rack
  23. Decorate
  24. Chill in fridge until set
