  2. Grease a square pan
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add coarse cornmeal
  5. Add gluten-free flour
  6. Add gluten-free baking powder
  7. Add baking soda
  8. Add salt
  9. Whisk until blended then set aside
  10. Place a medium bowl on drop
  11. Add buttermilk
  12. Add egg
  13. Add honey
  14. Whisk until combined
  15. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  16. Mix until combined
  17. Let rest for 10min
  18. Transfer batter to square pan
  19. Bake for 15min until light golden and skewer tests clean
  20. Let cool
