  3. Transfer pie crust to pie dish
  4. Chill in fridge for 30min
  5. Place a large mixing bowl on drop
  6. Add dark brown sugar

  9. Whisk until light and fluffy
  10. Add pumpkin purée
  11. Add heavy cream
  12. Add maple syrup
  13. Add cornstarch
  14. Add ground cinnamon
  15. Add ground ginger
  16. Add grated nutmeg
  17. Add ground cloves
  18. Add salt
  19. Whisk until smooth
  20. Pour filling into pie dish
  21. Bake for 50min until just set
  22. Let cool
