Directions:
1. Pre-heat
2. Grease 2 round pans
3. Line with parchment paper
4. Get a clean large mixing bowl
5. Add room temperature salted butter
6. Add granulated sugar
7. Cream until light and fluffy
8. Add egg one by one while mixing
9. Get a clean medium bowl
10. Add gluten-free flour
11. Add gluten-free baking powder
12. Sift dry ingredients into batter while mixing
13. Transfer batter to 2 round pans
14. Bake for 25min until skewer tests clean
15. Let cool
16. Get a clean large mixing bowl
17. Add room temperature salted butter
18. Add powdered sugar
19. Add zest of orange
20. Beat until fluffy
21. Layer round pan
22. Spread with jam
23. Garnish with blackberries
24. Garnish with raspberries
