Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean muffin pan
  3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix briefly until combined
  5. Add apple, pecan halves and blue cheese to the batter
  6. Mix briefly until combined
  7. Add egg, greek yogurt, milk and sunflower oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  8. Whisk together until combined
  9. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  10. Fold gently until just combined
  11. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  12. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 200°C
  13. Transfer onto cooling rack
