Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 395°F
2. Grease and flour a clean muffin pan
3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix briefly until combined
5. Add apple, pecan halves and blue cheese
6. Mix briefly until combined
7. Whisk together egg, greek yogurt, milk and sunflower oil in a clean large mixing bowl
8. Mix together dry and wet ingredients gently until just combined
9. Transfer batter to muffin pan
10. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 200°C / 395°F
11. Transfer onto cooling rack
