  3. Get a clean medium bowl

  16. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Get a clean small bowl
  19. Add unsalted butter
  20. Melt in microwave on low heat
  21. Mix butter into batter
  22. Pour batter into round pan
  23. Get a clean medium bowl
  24. Add egg white
  25. Beat lightly until frothy
  26. Add flaked almonds
  27. Add granulated sugar
  28. Mix thoroughly
  29. Spread topping with round pan
  30. Bake for 30min until skewer tests clean
  31. Let cool
