  5. Whisk briefly
  6. Leave until foamy - 5 min
  7. Add all purpose flour
  8. Add salt
  9. Add olive oil
  10. Mix until smooth - 8 min
  11. Knead briefly
  12. Grease lightly
  13. Turn
  14. Cover with plastic wrap
  15. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  16. Knead briefly until smooth
  17. Divide
  18. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  19. Cover with plastic wrap
  20. Chill in fridge - 3 hr
  21. Remove large mixing bowl - approx 30 min
  22. Pre-heat - 230°C
  23. Roll out
  24. Top
  25. Bake until browned at edges - 8 min, 230°C
