2. Add warm water

10. Mix for 8min until smooth
11. Knead briefly
12. Grease lightly
13. Turn
14. Cover with plastic wrap
15. Let rise for 1h until doubled
16. Knead briefly until smooth
17. Divide
18. Transfer dough to baking sheet
19. Cover with plastic wrap
20. Chill in fridge for 3h
21. Remove large mixing bowl for approx 30min
22. Pre-heat
