  2. Add unsalted butter
  3. Melt in microwave on low heat then set aside
  4. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Add all purpose flour
  6. Add salt
  7. Add granulated sugar
  8. Whisk until combined
  9. Add egg one by one while mixing
  10. Whisk butter into batter
  11. Add milk gradually while mixing
  12. Strain batter into large mixing bowl
  13. Chill in fridge for approx 30min
  14. Fry for approx 3min
  15. Flip for approx 1min
