  3. Melt in microwave on low heat then set aside

  5. Add all purpose flour
  6. Add buckwheat flour
  7. Add salt
  8. Add granulated sugar

  10. Add beaten egg
  11. Whisk until combined
  12. Transfer butter to batter
  13. Add milk
  14. Whisk until combined
  15. Strain with sieve
  16. Chill in fridge for approx 30min
  17. Fry for approx 3min
  18. Flip for approx 1min
