  • Condensed milk icon

  • Rum icon
    Rum240 ml
  • Water icon
    Water120 ml
  • Egg yolk icon

    Method

  • 1. Add coconut milk, condensed milk, rum, water, egg yolk and vanilla extract to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend until smooth - medium speed
  • 3. Add ground cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to the egg mixture
  • 4. Blend quickly
  • 5. Let rest in fridge - approx 10 min
  • 6. Pour egg mixture into highball glass
  • 7. Garnish with flaked coconut and cinnamon stick
