Step preview

  1. Prepare a stockpot
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Heat on medium heat
  4. Add onion
  5. Sauté for approx 5min until softened
  6. Add olive oil
  7. Add chopped chicken breast
  8. Cook while stirring occasionally
  9. Add destalked kale
  10. Add chopped carrot
  11. Add chicken stock
  12. Add garlic powder
  13. Add black pepper
  14. Add salt
  15. Cook until just boiling then reduce heat
  16. Simmer for 40min
  17. Add gnocchi
  18. Cook for approx 5min until just cooked and turn off heat
  19. Mix in milk
  20. Serve
