If you need a dinner that doesn’t take much thought, this is it. It just comes as a bonus that it only uses one pot. It's full of flavor and wholesome goodness. Perfect for cold, dark winter days.

  • Chicken breast icon

    Method

  • 1. Add olive oil to a clean stockpot
  • 2. Heat - medium heat
  • 3. Add onions
  • 4. Sauté until softened - approx 5 min
  • 5. Add olive oil and chicken breast
  • 6. Cook while stirring occasionally
  • 7. Add kale, carrot, chicken stock, garlic powder, black pepper and salt
  • 8. Cook until just boiling then reduce heat
  • 9. Simmer - 40 min
  • 10. Add gnocchi to the stockpot
  • 11. Cook until just cooked and turn off heat - approx 5 min
  • 12. Mix milk into the stockpot
  • 13. Serve
