Ingredients
Olive oil3 tablespoons
Onion½
Chicken breast2chopped
Kale4 sprigsdestalked
Carrot2chopped
Chicken stock1.45 L
Garlic powder1 tablespoon
Black pepper1 ½ teaspoons
Salt1 pinch
Gnocchi455 g
Milk360 ml
Method
1. Add olive oil to a clean stockpot
2. Heat - medium heat
3. Add onions
4. Sauté until softened - approx 5 min
5. Add olive oil and chicken breast
6. Cook while stirring occasionally
7. Add kale, carrot, chicken stock, garlic powder, black pepper and salt
8. Cook until just boiling then reduce heat
9. Simmer - 40 min
10. Add gnocchi to the stockpot
11. Cook until just cooked and turn off heat - approx 5 min
12. Mix milk into the stockpot
13. Serve
