Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Add apple, dried cranberries, brown sugar, water, orange juice and orange zest to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix together
  4. Transfer fruit to baking dish then set aside
  5. Add all purpose flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
  6. Combine
  7. Cut butter into the mixture
  8. Mix until coarse crumbs form
  9. Transfer mixture to baking dish evenly
  10. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 175°C
  11. Serve
