Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C / 430°F
2. In a small bowl toss together pear, sugar and cornstarch; set aside
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
4. Lay out puff pastry the baking sheet
5. Dot pastry with Brie, leaving about 1 1/2-inch border
6. Arrange pear slices over top. Sprinkle evenly with rosemary
7. Bake, in lower third of oven, for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices and pastry is golden brown
8. Cool for 10 minutes
9. Brush the warm honey over the pears. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
10. Cut into slices and serve warm or room temperature
