    2 tablespoons (about 30 ml)warm

    3 tablespoons (about 26 g)toasted, chopped

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 2. Add pear, sugar and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Toss together then set aside
  • 4. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 5. Lay out puff pastry the baking sheet
  • 6. Dot with brie evenly
  • 7. Arrange fruit in pie
  • 8. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary
  • 9. Bake until light golden - 25 min, 220°C
  • 10. Transfer onto cooling rack and let cool - approx 10 min
  • 11. Brush with honey
  • 12. Sprinkle with hazelnuts
  • 13. Cut into strips
  • 14. Serve
