  2. Get a clean small bowl
  3. Add peeled, cored, sliced pear
  4. Add sugar
  5. Add cornstarch
  6. Toss together then set aside
  7. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Lay out puff pastry
  9. Dot with chopped brie evenly
  10. Arrange fruit in pie
  11. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary
  12. Bake for 25min until light golden
  13. Transfer onto cooling rack for approx 10min and let cool
  14. Brush with warm honey
  15. Sprinkle with toasted, chopped hazelnuts
  16. Cut into strips
  17. Serve
