Step preview

  1. Get a clean saucepan
  2. Add water
  3. Add granulated sugar
  4. Heat until dissolved
  5. Get a clean small bowl
  6. Add raspberries
  7. Add juice of lime
  8. Transfer fruit to purée
  9. Cook for 5min until soft
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Transfer purée to baking pan
  12. Freeze for 1h
  13. Scrape
  14. Freeze for approx 1h until set
  15. Scrape
