Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add active dried yeast
  4. Add sea salt
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. Make a well
  7. Add warm water
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Mix until well combined
  10. Knead for 7min
  11. Grease a medium bowl
  12. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  13. Cover with kitchen towel for approx 45min until doubled
  14. Turn out dough on lightly-floured surface
  15. Punch down medium bowl
  16. Divide dough evenly
  17. Shape medium bowl
  18. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  19. Cook for approx 3min
  20. Serve
