  16. Melt in microwave on low heat

  18. Mix together until thick
  19. Swirl sugar mixture into batter gently
  20. Pour batter into 2 round pans evenly
  21. Bake for 40min until golden brown
  22. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  23. Add salted butter
  24. Add light brown sugar
  25. Add ground cinnamon
  26. Cream together until smooth
  27. Add powdered sugar
  28. Mix on low speed until combined
  29. Get a clean small bowl
  30. Add half and half
  31. Add vanilla extract
  32. Add salt
  33. Mix cream into frosting
  34. Get a clean small bowl
  35. Add powdered sugar
  36. Add sugar mixture to frosting gradually
  37. Assemble round pan
  38. Serve
